Your 16-day journey

The 16 days include three powerful face-to-face days that set the foundation for everything that follows.

Day 1 – Awareness & Understanding

Spot the triggers and patterns fuelling addiction or mental health struggles.

Identify the beliefs and thought processes that keep you stuck.

Day 2 – Tools for Change

Learn proven techniques to break free from destructive cycles.

Build emotional stability and mental clarity.

Day 3 – Building Your New Foundation

Create a personalised plan for lasting success.

Develop daily habits that support your transformation.

After these three days, you continue the BMA programme at home, putting what you’ve learned into practice with our support.
We then come together for a final online day to review your progress, lock in your learning, and set a clear plan for your future.
