About Us

Breaking free. For good.
At Beat My Addictions (BMA), we believe no one should have to live their life chained to addiction, destructive habits, or the mental health struggles that keep them stuck.
We know freedom is possible because we’ve lived it, proven it, and taught it to thousands of people around the world.
This isn’t just another recovery programme.
It’s a complete shift in the way you think, feel, and live and it’s a method you can learn to guide others to the same freedom.
My Story – Chris Hill
My relationship with addiction started young.
By the age of seven, I was smoking. By age ten, I was drinking. By eleven, using cannabis. From there, it escalated — solvents, speed, LSD, and eventually ecstasy during the Acid House era of the late ‘80s and early ‘90s.
By my mid-teens, my life revolved around clubbing, drinking, and drugs — which led to cocaine, and ultimately, crack cocaine.
I tried to escape through doctors, support groups, hypnotherapy but nothing lasted.
A brief reprieve came after reading Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Smoking, but when I relapsed, I knew the answer had to be something deeper.
My real breakthrough came in the most unexpected place — watching The Matrix. It hit me: I was not my mind; I was not my body. I was something separate. From that moment, I began communicating with my mind in a new way, reprogramming it to remove dependency at its root.
That process freed me; first from crack, then cocaine, alcohol, and finally nicotine. I rebuilt my life, started a family, and ran a successful business.
Then, in 2014, my world changed forever. My twin brother, Rob, died from an accidental overdose at a club reunion. The pain was almost unbearable. But instead of giving up, I decided to use everything I’d learned to help others escape the same fate.

The Rob Hill Foundation
In 2016, I launched The Rob Hill Foundation in my brother’s memory which is dedicated to helping people break free for good.
We ran free workshops, school talks, support groups, and programmes in prisons and for young people leaving care. Our belief was simple: the mechanics of the mind and body should be free; knowledge that everyone should be given from birth.
That same year, I published my best-selling book Get Your Life Back – The Road to Freedom from Addiction, sharing my story and the method that saved me. From there, I developed the now-famous 7 Day Beat Addiction Plan – Mind Re-Programming Process, which became the foundation for all our programmes.
The Birth of Beat My Addictions
Alongside the Foundation, I launched Beat My Addictions to provide paid coaching services and structured programmes. Over time, I explored advanced recovery support, from neurofeedback brain therapy to hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, and more. These tools had real benefits, but by 2024, running them alongside our coaching became financially unsustainable.
That challenge turned out to be a blessing, it allowed me to refocus on what I truly wanted to do:
– Train coaches and trainers to use my method.
– Reach more people.
– Create lasting change on a bigger scale.

Breaking Free from the System
What I teach isn’t mainstream and that’s deliberate.
I believe society profits from keeping people addicted to substances, habits, and materialism. Governments, corporations, and industries all benefit from keeping people dependent.
Our work is about helping people break that cycle, take back control, and live as free individuals who are able to make choices without being driven by subconscious programming.

What Makes Us Different
Our Guarantee
We guarantee results for people who are:
1. Mentally capable.
2. Ready and willing to follow the process.
3. Asking for help themselves not being pushed into it.
We don’t persuade people to quit. We work with those who are ready by guiding them back to their natural state of being, the way we’re born before society gets its hands on us.
When deeper conditions like ADHD, autism, or trauma are present, we connect people to specialist support after addiction is removed because first, we restore the person beneath the struggle.

The Bigger Vision
This isn’t just about recovery.
